Our Process
We begin with a holistic blueprint of your needs, desires, and personal style: the Home Brand Bullseye™. This serves as the foundational roadmap for every decision we make.
During our initial consultation, we explore "who you are," "how you live," and your "design personality." By defining your unique Home Brand, we ensure the final result is timeless, functional, and authentically yours.
From there, we collaborate to establish a clear Scope of Work, Budget, and Timeline—including any necessary phasing. Our Discovery Sessions are complimentary, allowing us to ensure a perfect partnership without pressure or upfront costs.
To maintain complete transparency, we provide a fixed project fee based on the complexity and scale of your vision. Our mission is to make the design process fast, simple, and predictable.
While you choose your level of involvement beyond the design phase, many of our clients prefer for us to handle the "heavy lifting." We are experts at both planning the work and working the plan, ensuring your vision is executed effectively.
